Following the viral sensation of Jake Collisson last year, Painshill Park, Rick Parfitt Jr and Brooklands Radio are looking for Surreys next young superstar to open the Painshill Live Music Lates season in front 800 people.
If you are between the ages of 8 and 16, perform as a solo artist or as a duo, then this is the opportunity to perform a 20 min opening slot (around 4 or 5 songs) to a sold out crowd before Rick Parfitt Jr and the RPJ band take to the stage for a night of high energy music.
To enter, you will need to send a quick video of you performing your best song via WeTransfer to competitions@painshill.co.uk
Closing date is the 2nd June! All entries will viewed and then narrowed down to the top 5 for Rick to select the winner.

Terms and Conditions
• The entrant must be between the ages of 8 – 16 years old to qualify for this competition during the competition dates.
• Please add the name of the entrant and age when sending your entry
• All videos must be sent to competitons@painshill.co.uk via WeTransfer files
• Videos submitted must have parental or guardian consent before being sent and parental details added to the email for contact purposes.
• Entrants must be either a solo performer or a duo to enter this competition.
• The entrant will need to supply their own instrument for performance purposes
• Unfortunately, due to logistics and time restraints, we are unable to accept full band entries
• Parents or guardians must be able available to accompany the winner on the day of the event
• All videos will be downloaded and saved within a password protected file and only viewed by a member of the Painshill team and /or Rick Parfitt Jr.
• Please do not apply if you are unable to attend the event on Wednesday 18th June
• Entrants and parent / guardian must be available from 4pm on Wednesday 18th June for a sound check / rehearsal.
• A 20 min set consisting of own material or covers is permitted
• Competition closes 2nd June and winners will be announced W/C 9th June
• Please be aware that video and still images will be recorded at the live event on Wednesday 18th June. Images and footage captured may be used for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to achieve the charity’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in Painshill’s printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
• The organiser’s decision is final and further correspondence will not be entered into.
